4 eligibility checks found

Sort by certainty and troubleshooting priority

1Need to check

No clear hard conflict found

The selected criteria do not trigger a clear conflict, but the campaign period, specified products, account qualifications, and overlay restrictions may still affect the results.

Next step:Confirm that the code has not expired, that there are no other discounts in your basket, and that you exclude items one by one on the checkout page and try again.
2Need to check

A mixed cart may discount only some items

The official terms state that discounts will not be applied to ineligible items, so when full price is mixed with Sale, the entire order should not be directly judged as a failure.

Next step:Check the item-by-item discount details; if it cannot be identified, put the full-price and sale items into separate carts, and compare the shipping costs after splitting the orders.
3Need to check

Installment payments are still subject to independent qualification review

Whether Afterpay appears or is approved depends on market, billing address, order value, and provider review. A payment review failure is not a promo-code failure.

Next step:First confirm that the discount has reduced the product, and then complete the payment qualification review separately; do not count the installment itself as a discount.
4Subject to checkout page

Please confirm brand eligibility at checkout page

Excluded brands and products may differ from activity to activity.

Next step:Open the product page and look for the activity logo; remove the brand's products and try the code individually to locate the exclusions.
Brands, products, regional activities or account qualifications may change at any time, please refer to the current activity page and checkout page.
Eligibility TipsCategory 4 high frequency conditions
New users · App · Full price itemsAfter the basic conditions are met, the single item threshold still needs to be checked

Don't just look at the basket total; item-by-piece prices, specified items, and excluded brands may still determine whether the code works.

Old users or website ordersFirst order qualifications for new customers usually conflict

Prioritize checking Sale, Access, identity discounts or payment card activities. It is not recommended to repeatedly try and make mistakes around new customer codes.

Sale itemsFull price product codes generally do not apply

Switch to an automatic activity that explicitly covers Sale; if you need to locate the problem, separate the full-price and Sale products for testing.

Brand, boutique and regional paymentsThere is no unified permanent applicable list

Separate cart items by brand or partner boutique and use the payment methods actually available at checkout for the selected destination.

FARFETCH Sale Discount Index

Current promotion: 20% Off Selected Sale Styles

How the discount is calculated

The total discountcompares the original price with the final promotional price. The extra promotion discountcompares the sale price before the promotion with the final price. Displayed prices are rounded, so the calculated extra 20% may vary slightly.

Recorded prices use the $ symbol. The index compares discount percentages only and does not represent pricing across every market.

Update methodology
  1. Each promotion keeps a separate record. Results remain available after a promotion ends.
  2. We calculate the discount before the promotion, the extra promotion discount, and the final total discount from the displayed prices.
  3. Each item is counted once per period. Items with unreadable prices are excluded.
  4. Historical comparisons use the same original-to-final-price calculation. Different promotion types are not combined into a long-term discount claim.
  5. Brand or category rows with fewer than three items are labeled as a small sample.

FARFETCH Shopping in the United States

A quick view of the U.S. checkout details most likely to change the value of a FARFETCH offer.

USD Checkout

USD · U.S. orders are normally reviewed in USD; state and local sales tax can still change the checkout total.

FARFETCH payment and pricing

Shipping Threshold

Delivery savings depend on the service, item source and ZIP code, so the merchandise discount and shipping charge remain separate parts of the deal.

FARFETCH orders and shipping

U.S. Payment Choices

Cards, PayPal and eligible pay-later options may appear according to the delivery address, billing details and device.

App and Identity Savings

First-order, app and identity-based savings are eligibility-led offers; they are not automatic discounts for every U.S. basket.

FARFETCH Offer Questions for U.S. Shoppers

Does sales tax help a U.S. basket reach a promo-code minimum?

Usually the qualifying merchandise subtotal matters, not tax added later. If the basket is close to the minimum, compare the eligible subtotal before and after removing excluded items.

Check the eligible subtotal
Why can a U.S. first-order app offer fail on a new account?

A new account alone may not be enough: the order channel, first-order history, item eligibility and another applied code can change the result. Test the offer by itself in the app.

Test the app offer
What should I do if a U.S. identity discount will not verify?

The verification provider may need an eligible status and matching account details. A verification failure cannot be fixed by adding more merchandise, so retry the identity check before rebuilding the basket.

Review identity eligibility
Can Afterpay change which FARFETCH offer is best in the U.S.?

A pay-later option can have its own checkout eligibility and may not combine with a payment-specific promotion. Compare the immediate FARFETCH reduction separately from financing terms.

Compare the saving paths
Is a U.S. card cashback the same as a FARFETCH checkout discount?

No. A statement credit normally arrives after purchase and may be reversed after a return, while the FARFETCH checkout total is charged first.

Compare checkout and cashback
Why does a U.S. code reduce only part of a mixed basket?

Sale status, brand, product or partner-boutique restrictions can leave only part of the basket eligible. Check the discount beside each item instead of relying on the headline rate.

Diagnose the basket
Will changing the U.S. delivery state change the deal?

It can change sales tax, delivery choices and the final total without changing the code itself. Recompare the order after the destination is final.

Recalculate the final cost
Can a U.S. return affect a first-order or card offer?

The refund is based on the amount actually paid, while first-order eligibility and card credits may follow separate rules. Check both the FARFETCH refund breakdown and the card statement after the return.

FARFETCH Promo Code FAQ

01
How do I use a promo code and confirm that the discount applied?

Add eligible items to your basket, enter the code in the promo-code field at checkout and select Apply. Check the discount beside each item as well as the final order total: an accepted code does not mean every item received a reduction. Some promotions apply automatically and need no code.

02
What is the difference between an automatic offer, a public promo code, an account offer and card cashback?

An automatic offer appears in the item price or checkout without a code, while a public promo code must be entered. Account, email or invitation offers depend on the named account or eligibility route. Card cashback is normally handled after purchase by the bank or payment provider, so it is not an instant FARFETCH checkout reduction.

03
What is the difference between a first-order, first-app-order and email sign-up offer?

These are separate offers. A first-order offer can depend on purchase history, a first-app-order offer also requires the qualifying order to be placed in the app, and an email sign-up offer is normally issued through an email or account message. Product scope, minimum spend, maximum saving and use limits can differ for each route.

04
Is the minimum spend based on the basket total or eligible items?

The calculation basis depends on the offer, so the basket total alone is not enough. Terms may require one qualifying transaction or test the original price of each eligible item; excluded items and charges such as delivery may not count. Read the current promotion terms, then compare the stated basis with the eligible-item amounts in your basket.

05
Why can the advertised discount differ from the saving at checkout?

A headline percentage does not mean every item or size qualifies, that the percentage applies to the whole basket, or that delivered cost falls by the same amount. The same design or size can be supplied by a different partner boutique that is not taking part. Product, brand, boutique or Sale exclusions, the eligible amount and a maximum saving can all reduce the checkout discount, while delivery and other charges stay separate.

06
Can a promo code be combined with Sale prices, automatic offers, another code or Credit?

Do not assume two savings can be combined. FARFETCH says some promotions cannot be used together, and entering a manual code can replace an automatic checkout offer. Sale prices and extra reductions may cover different items, while Credit can follow separate rules. Do not add headline percentages together; test each permitted route on the same basket and compare the amount due.

07
How can I tell whether an offer is still worth trying?

Check the review date, promotion dates, delivery market, account requirement, app or website channel, eligible items, threshold and use limit. FARFETCH says expired promotions cannot be reactivated by Customer Service, and it may vary or withdraw offers. A code seen on another page is therefore only a lead until its current terms and checkout result match your order.

08
Can changing language, currency or delivery market change offer eligibility?

Language changes the page wording, and currency mainly changes how amounts are displayed. The delivery market can change available offers, delivery, taxes, duties and payment conditions. Switching currency alone does not create eligibility, so recheck the offer after the final delivery market is selected.

Why Trust Us?

How this page helps you shop?

  1. 01
How we find offers worth checking

We review FARFETCH promotion pages, FAQs, app offers, public deal sources, user reports, and checkout results. A code is not marked as current until its key terms have been checked.

  2. 02
    Why similar offers stay separate

We distinguish offers by code, market, customer type, channel, item type, and promotion period so similar wording does not merge different eligibility rules.

  3. 03
What to check before using an offer

We record location, currency, app or website channel, customer type, minimum spend, discount cap, full-price or sale eligibility, brand and boutique exclusions, payment method, stacking rules, and expiration date.

  4. 04
    How checkout checks can help

We hold the location and account constant, change one condition at a time, and record the item, price, channel, outcome, and error message. Only a real reduction at checkout counts as success.

  5. 05
    Which information we rely on

Current FARFETCH terms take priority, followed by complete checkout results and reviewable user reports. A screenshot showing only a code is not enough to mark an offer as verified.

  6. 06
    When we refresh the page

Offers are ordered by current usefulness. The page date changes only when eligibility, savings, costs, risks, or recommended actions materially change.

What each offer label tells you?

Ready to check
The offer is active or has worked recently under matching conditions. Confirm it again at checkout.
May not be worth retrying
Recent failures or difficult eligibility conflicts make repeated attempts less useful.
Extra eligibility check needed
You must verify an identity, receive a personal invitation, or claim the offer in your account.
No longer available
The end date has passed or the promotion was withdrawn, so it should not be used for a new order.

What our checkout checks tell you?

  • Discount applied:The same offer produced a real checkout reduction during the recorded period with its key conditions captured.
  • Checks included:Only complete successful and unsuccessful attempts are counted.
  • When it was checked:Observation time and last-use time remain separate, and older results are not mixed with materially different terms.
  • Where it was checked:Results are separated by market and are not treated as universal.
  • Repeat checks:Repeated submissions for the same account and cart within a short period count once.

What to confirm before ordering?

  • A success applies only to the recorded account, location, items, and time.
  • Automatic promotions, item markdowns, and promo-code reductions are recorded separately.
  • Results missing key conditions are not used to assess a current order.
  • Results from other accounts or markets are supporting context only.
