Add eligible items to your basket, enter the code in the promo-code field at checkout and select Apply. Check the discount beside each item as well as the final order total: an accepted code does not mean every item received a reduction. Some promotions apply automatically and need no code.

An automatic offer appears in the item price or checkout without a code, while a public promo code must be entered. Account, email or invitation offers depend on the named account or eligibility route. Card cashback is normally handled after purchase by the bank or payment provider, so it is not an instant FARFETCH checkout reduction.

These are separate offers. A first-order offer can depend on purchase history, a first-app-order offer also requires the qualifying order to be placed in the app, and an email sign-up offer is normally issued through an email or account message. Product scope, minimum spend, maximum saving and use limits can differ for each route.

The calculation basis depends on the offer, so the basket total alone is not enough. Terms may require one qualifying transaction or test the original price of each eligible item; excluded items and charges such as delivery may not count. Read the current promotion terms, then compare the stated basis with the eligible-item amounts in your basket.

A headline percentage does not mean every item or size qualifies, that the percentage applies to the whole basket, or that delivered cost falls by the same amount. The same design or size can be supplied by a different partner boutique that is not taking part. Product, brand, boutique or Sale exclusions, the eligible amount and a maximum saving can all reduce the checkout discount, while delivery and other charges stay separate.

Do not assume two savings can be combined. FARFETCH says some promotions cannot be used together, and entering a manual code can replace an automatic checkout offer. Sale prices and extra reductions may cover different items, while Credit can follow separate rules. Do not add headline percentages together; test each permitted route on the same basket and compare the amount due.

Check the review date, promotion dates, delivery market, account requirement, app or website channel, eligible items, threshold and use limit. FARFETCH says expired promotions cannot be reactivated by Customer Service, and it may vary or withdraw offers. A code seen on another page is therefore only a lead until its current terms and checkout result match your order.

Language changes the page wording, and currency mainly changes how amounts are displayed. The delivery market can change available offers, delivery, taxes, duties and payment conditions. Switching currency alone does not create eligibility, so recheck the offer after the final delivery market is selected.
